Tandem Members receive scheduling priority whenever possible, especially during periods of high demand. When schedules become limited, members move to the front of the line for available appointments.

What are No Dispatch Fees?

Members do not pay dispatch or trip fees during normal business hours. There is no charge for us to visit your home, diagnose the issue, and provide recommendations.
